Hello, I'm Jhonn, and I just came in from the Delta Airlines Portland Office. Overall, I had a good experience. The skilled and kind staff made the check-in procedure easy and quick. My navigation was eased by the cleanliness, organization, and evident signs of the office. Because it was a very busy schedule, sometimes my schedule was a bit behind, but the staff took proper care of the matter and kept all of us informed. The customer support was also quite prompt when I inquired about my flight. For a safe and enjoyable flight, I would definitely recommend Delta Airlines.
