I had a great experience at Ethiopian Airlines Hong Kong office. Despite its modest size, the office is well-maintained and offers clients a cozy waiting room. Although there could be occasional wait waits during peak hours, the staff efficiently handles large numbers of requests. But the staff makes sure that every customer's demands are met, and the service is still cordial and respectful.
