The Southwest Airlines Seattle Office was truly fantastic. Staff was great and efficient in helping to quickly resolve my booking. They were patient and asked me all questions regarding any alteration or baggage policy in flights. Easy location and an organized system that made the whole ordeal a stress-free experience; they were also very warm with personal attention and professional courtesy.
