Avaforce 100 mg (which contains Avanafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction) may not be suitable for use in certain individuals or under specific circumstances. Here are the main scenarios when Avaforce 100 mg should not be used:

1. Allergy to Avanafil or Any of the Ingredients
If you have a known allergy to Avanafil or any other ingredients in the medication, you should avoid using Avaforce 100 mg. Allergic reactions can range from mild symptoms like skin rashes to more severe reactions such as swelling of the face or throat, which require immediate medical attention.

2. Use with Nitrates
Avaforce 100 mg should never be taken with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) or nitric oxide donors, commonly prescribed for chest pain (angina). Combining these medications with Avanafil can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure, which could result in dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke.

3. Severe Heart or Liver Conditions
If you have severe heart problems (such as severe heart failure, recent heart attack, or irregular heart rhythms) or severe liver disease, AVAFORCE 100 MG may not be safe for you. Avanafil is metabolized by the liver, and impaired liver function can lead to a slower breakdown of the medication, increasing the risk of side effects.

People with severe heart disease may be at an increased risk of complications during sexual activity, and the use of Avaforce could exacerbate this risk.

4. Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension)
Avaforce 100 mg can lower blood pressure, so if you already have low blood pressure (hypotension), it may not be advisable to use it, as it could cause dizziness or fainting. If your blood pressure is unusually low, your healthcare provider may recommend an alternative treatment for erectile dysfunction.

5. Recent Stroke or Heart Attack
If you’ve had a stroke or a heart attack within the last 6 months, you should avoid using Avaforce 100 mg until your doctor has reviewed your medical history and cleared you for its use. The combination of sexual activity and this medication may pose an increased risk of heart-related events.

6. Severe Kidney Impairment
Avaforce 100 mg should be used with caution in individuals with severe kidney problems or kidney failure, as the drug’s elimination from the body may be delayed, potentially leading to side effects. A lower dose may be needed depending on the severity of kidney issues.

7. Retinitis Pigmentosa
If you have retinitis pigmentosa, a rare hereditary eye condition that can cause blindness, Avaforce 100 mg should generally be avoided, as PDE5 inhibitors like Avanafil may potentially cause or exacerbate vision problems in these individuals.

8. Priapism (Prolonged Erection) or Deformities of the Penis
If you have a history of priapism (a prolonged erection lasting longer than 4 hours) or any structural abnormalities of the penis (e.g., curvature, fibrosis, or scarring), Avaforce 100 mg should not be used due to the increased risk of prolonged and painful erections that may require medical treatment.

9. Men Taking Other PDE5 Inhibitors
Avaforce 100 mg should not be combined with other PDE5 inhibitors (such as Sildenafil, Tadalafil, or Vardenafil) used to treat erectile dysfunction. Taking more than one PDE5 inhibitor at a time can increase the risk of side effects, particularly low blood pressure.

10. Uncontrolled Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)
If you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, Avaforce 100 mg may not be suitable, as the medication can interact with blood pressure medications and cause fluctuations in your blood pressure. You should ensure that your blood pressure is well-controlled before starting treatment with this medication.

11. Men Under 18 Years Old
Avaforce 100 mg is not approved for use in individuals under 18 years old. It is designed specifically for adult men with erectile dysfunction and should not be used by children or teenagers.

12. Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Avaforce 100 mg is not intended for use in women, as its safety and efficacy have not been established in females. It is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Important Considerations:
Consult Your Doctor:

Before using Avaforce 100 mg, consult with your doctor to ensure it is safe for you based on your individual medical history and health status. Your healthcare provider may need to adjust the dose or suggest an alternative treatment for erectile dysfunction.

Know the Signs of Serious Side Effects:

If you experience chest pain, vision problems, severe dizziness, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours, seek immediate medical help. These could be signs of a serious complication.

By considering your health conditions and consulting with a doctor, you can determine whether Avaforce 100 mg is suitable for you and avoid potential risks.
