Hey everyone!
I wanted to get some advice on alloy repair. Recently, I noticed a couple of scrapes and a small dent on my alloy wheels. I’m wondering if anyone here has experience with alloy rim repair and could share the best methods to restore them to their original look.
I’ve been doing some research and found a few different options, like wheel refurbishment, alloy rim straightening, and custom alloy finishes. I’ve also heard about DIY kits, but I’m not sure how effective they are compared to professional services.
Does anyone have any recommendations on whether it's worth doing the repair myself, or should I take it to a professional shop? Also, are there any common pitfalls I should be aware of during the alloy wheel repair process?
