For those of you who are unfamiliar with the 5 AM Club, it's a concept made popular by Robin Sharma. It involves getting up at 5 am and completing a set of 20/20/20s, which consists of 20 minutes of vigorous exercise, 20 minutes of goal-reflection, and 20 minutes of learning a new skill.
