Additionally, initiatives like the Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Protsahan Yojana (PMRPY) incentivize employers to create new jobs, while the National Career Service (NCS) connects job seekers with opportunities and offers skill development services. These schemes collectively aim to address various challenges faced by workers and promote their economic well-being across the country.
