These include the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), ensuring 100 days of wage employment in rural areas, the Employee's State Insurance Scheme (ESIS) providing healthcare and other benefits to organized sector employees, e Shram Card also provides skill developement program for labors, and the Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-dhan (PM-SYM) pension scheme for unorganized sector workers. Additionally, initiatives like the Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Protsahan Yojana (PMRPY) incentivize employers to create new jobs, while the National Career Service (NCS) connects job seekers with opportunities and offers skill development services. These schemes collectively aim to address various challenges faced by workers and promote their economic well-being across the country.
