According to Scoot Airlines' cancellation policy, each passenger may cancel their reservation up to twenty-four hours before departure. Depending on the different booking conditions, the airline will apply a cancellation fee. During the risk-free period, if you cancel a Scoot flight, you will receive a full refund. The policy was not developed taking into account the type of ticket passengers purchased or their trips.
