Under Qatar Airways' 24-hour cancellation policy, the airline is offering full refunds to all passengers. Additionally, if your planned departure date at the time of cancellation is seven days or more, you will not have to pay a cancellation fee.
Before cancelling your reservation within 24 hours of purchase, you should know the following:
Regardless of the type of travel or class of service booked, refundable and non-refundable tickets are subject to this policy.
Qatar Airways' 24-hour cancellation policy offers full refunds for tickets booked directly through the airline's official website or other official sources.
The 24-hour cancellation policy applies only to passengers traveling to or from the United States or Canada and passengers with a US passport.
This policy does not apply to flight reservations made using future travel credits, e-gift vouchers, and e-gift vouchers.
Qatar Airways' 24-hour cancellation policy does not cover frequent flyer awards or mileage ticket bookings.
You can only cancel PNRs or book with up to nine passengers.
