Lufthansa allows US customers to cancel flights purchased within the previous 24 hours and receive a full refund without any fees or other penalties, provided the departure date is at least 7 days from the date of purchase. Lufthansa Cancellation Policy says If you do cancel your flight within 24 hours of your purchase, be sure to keep any emails from Lufthansa stating when your flight was cancelled.
