There are not any serious issues while you take ibuprofen without food. Because those who have lots of stomach pain they don't remember if he has taken doof or not. But it is better to take ibuprofen after taking some foods. Otherwise take low dosages. Sometimes patients have other stomach kinds of issues faced.
