If your printer driver is unavailable, there are a few things you can try to fix the issue:
Check your printer connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer and turned on. Also, check the cable connecting the printer to your computer.
Update or reinstall the printer driver: Visit the printer manufacturer's website to download and install the latest version of the driver for your printer. If you have already installed the driver, try reinstalling it.
Restart the Print Spooler service: Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box. Type "services.msc" and click OK. Locate the Print Spooler service, right-click it and select Restart.
Use the built-in troubleshooter: On Windows 10, click Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Printer. Follow the on-screen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.
Disable your antivirus software temporarily: Your antivirus software could be blocking the printer driver. Disable the antivirus software temporarily and try to install or update the printer driver.
