The solutions are isotonic with a pH of approximately 6.0 and contain sodium chloride to adjust tonicity. Each sterile injection contains Lidocaine Hydrochloride, 50 mg; Sodium Chloride, seven mEq; and Water for Injection qs 1 mL.
Lox 2% Injection is a prescription medicine that contains the active ingredient lidocaine. It relieves pain and itching caused by minor injuries, including insect bites, nettles, poison ivy, and stinging insects.
The working process of Lox 2% Injection is as follows:
It enters the bloodstream through a vein. It travels to your brain to treat certain conditions like Parkinson’s, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Lox 2% Injection works by blocking a natural substance produced by neurons in the brain called acetylcholine that helps control many body functions, including muscle movement, memory, and emotions such as fear or anger, etc.
