To fix Ricoh Printer Offline problems, try the instructions below. We will either suspend SNMP or ask WMI for printer status communication. Firstly, click on the Print & Share setting to bring it up. Additionally, go to Profiles and change the box in the upper right corner. Then, from the Profiles menu, choose General Configuration. Select General Setting under General Setup in order to continue. Pick WMI as your communication method next. At last, tap OK to save your changes.
