Although there is no one-size-fits-all Lyme disease diet, there are items you may eat that will likely improve your physical symptoms and general health. It might be beneficial to eat a diet that reduces oxidation and inflammation. We can't stop oxidation from occurring as a result of breathing in oxygen, but we can surely reduce it through food. Excess oxidation raises the risk of all chronic diseases, as well as aging and inflammation. http://www.tupalo.net/en/portland-victoria/trillium-health-solutions
