my epson printer is not printing color correctly problem is very common. which happens because of the ink cartridge or toner problems. if you don't know how to get that fixed. here are the guide to fix it. you can apply it on your device.
1. First of all, you need to check the ink cartridge on your printer. make sure that your machine is identifying it correctly.
2. use the original ink cartridge only.
3. Update the printer firmware settings, and then update it correctly.
