Through this complaint channel, a client can go to the Complaint for Bank Ombudsman and express their RBI Complaint concerns directly to the Reserve Bank of India. Using the RBI Complaint Management System Website, you must have the right bank data and the contact person from the bank on whom the complaint is being lodged during the complaint section.
