The Department of Backward Class Welfare has begun an online Pre Matric and Post Matric Scholarships disbursement using the ePass programme, which is one of the significant welfare policies of the ts epass Government of Telangana aimed at the educational upliftment of students. To disburse scholarships, the system connects various welfare ministries, the Treasury, Colleges, and Banks.
