The Board of Secondary Education of Manipur (BSEM) is in charge of administering the annual High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination. Wednesday, February 17th, 2022 is the start date. BSEM HSLC Blueprint 2022 After school students successfully complete the curriculum and examinations of schools affiliated with the Manipur Board, a High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) is granted. (i.e. when they complete the tenth grade) The BSEM is the awarding body.
