The users are first of all suggested to open a web browser.
After that, type “ij.start.cannon” in the address bar.
Then wait for the website to open.
Once the website gets open, the users are suggested to tap on the “Setup” icon.
After that, either enter the printer name in the given field or choose the printer name from the given list.
Once the user selects or type the printer name, click on the “GO” option.
Then the setup window page will get open on the screen.
Note: The users can also choose the type of operating system from there.
Once the user selects the operating system, they are suggested to click on the “Download” option.
After the user clicks on the “Download,” the file will start downloading.
Note: For the window user, the “.exe” file will get downloaded.
Note: For the mac users, the “.dmg” file will get downloaded on their system.
After the file gets downloaded, the users are suggested to open the downloaded file.
Now the “User Account Control” pop-up will appear on the screen.
From there, tap on the “Yes” option.
Then the “start setup” window will get open on the screen.
After that, follow the on-screen prompts to accomplish the setup procedure.
