A Muslim can be named any name insofar as it's anything but a decent nonoppressive respectable name. We are respectable people and we are not permitted to mishandle our children by naming another conceived names, for example, will leave the kid alone tormented by others. The name doesn't need to be an Arabic Baby Name.
