I can't login to my sbcglobal.net email account. I got this error: For your security, your AT&T Access ID has a temporary protection lock. Any suggestion please. Thank you.

If you have a current AT&T internet account that is tied to your email, you can change or reset your password by performing the following:
1. Sign in to your AT&T account.
2. Select Profile > myAT&T sign in Password.
3. Enter and save your password information.
If you have a free email account, you can reset the password at our email reset page.
1. Go to Forgot Password page.
2. Enter your User Name/ email address.
3. Enter your Last Name.
4. Follow the prompts.
