A lot of that has to do with how deep your pockets are and how well you want to do 3d.There's different perspectives to each controller too...I'm discovering that if you just want to fly and don't want to worry about autoleveling (which actually impedes your ability to fly in some cases) go multiwii or naze32 or even cc3d.If you're willing to explore autonomous flight and have a million little things to explore - fy680 parts gets you access to that for not just multirotors but planes as well.
I could probably have just gone nuts on the controls of my 450 the day i got it,but it would have ended in broken parts straight away.One more thing,you absolutely NEED to put foam over your baro,just jam anything in the case that you can find.The tape over the unused ports will help quite a bit as it is then.
As im not made of money and have responsibilities outside of flying RC helicopters,it took me fy680 quadcopter to attempt a simple loop.Im certainly not going any further than that just yet either.I can fly some nice 3d on the sim,but it sometimes results in a crash.Crashing means weeks without parts to fix the heli.Im not prepared to do that unless i absolutely have to.Thanks for the input! That thing looks great! Gonna take a closer look! At this point,it is about gathering information!Thanks for the photo,yeah if you dont mind snap a couple extras when ever you can it will be about a week until I can mount up my cinestar.My entire family is from Knoxville and I spent most of my time in Dacula Georgia out near Road Atlanta.Did you pick up your motors from buddy RC? i am thinking about getting mine from there so I do not have to wait for shipping from china.I just want to get this thing in the air.I am bummed I made the mistake with the tarot spare parts but I have way more invested in the batteries than the motors so Ill sell my motors and pick up new ones.I will never convince everyone,but I'm still going to try.You owe it to yourself to spend the extra money.How much is frustration worth to you? You have to answer that question.
