The fy680 parts is a horrible first cp but a good second one if you don't mind the price of parts and have stopped crashing.If you don't hit TH 100% of the time without thinking,i'd hold off on the v120 and master until you do.The '3C1P' I believe you may be referring to is actually '3S1P'.S is for 'cell' and C is 'C rating'.Confusing but there you have it.All '3S1P' means is that its a three-cell pack with 3 cells in one pack...as opposed to something like a 3S2P which would be two 3 cell packs functioning as one to give higher capacity and amperage output at a given voltage.The advantages of one platform over another depend on what you want to get out of it.If you just want to fly LoS,you could probably have a Mwii based system up and running in less than a week.Where it gets tricky is when you want to add features like:Foam Safe CA.Works fine on wood too.No nasty fumes.I like this stuff.The medium gives you about 10 to 30 seconds to move things around.Typically you don't need clamps.This brings me to my question.If you were in my shoes what FBL system would you go with.I'm 90% sure I want the fy680 quadcopter and Tarot head,but I don't even know the best place to buy them at.So far it seems the best place to go is oomodel.Then there are different heads,like the DFC.I'm not sure what the difference even is between that one and the regular Tarot FBL.I was even thinking of getting a whole new Tarot FBL heli until I realized that it didn't include the ZYX gyro.I'm thinking my best bet is to just go with the combo oomodel offers like this one.I am flying the non DFC 250 Tarot FBL head,so far so good.It serves my purpose - learning.For more advance maneuvers,DFC is good.I have my tarot spare parts head but not installed yet.I will wait for all the Tarot FBL spare parts used up,then I will install it.Others members in this forum fly non DFC head in their 450,no problem at all and so far so good.So I don't think you will waster your $$ in non DFC head.
