Chinese healing art meditation is the guided thinking or focused awareness, that mostly is to be aware of your breathing. The purpose is to achieve PEACE IN MIND AND PEACE IN BODY.
Chinese martial art meditaion is mostly done through Zhan zhuang ( Chinese 站桩, lit. "standing like a post" , sometimes called "standing like a tree", "post standing" or "pile standing") that is of one of the most important methods of training in many Chinese martial arts in which static postures are used for mental and physical training, to develop efficiency of movement, perfect body structural alignment, build up rooting, sharpen sensitivity and instinct, and hence maximal strength for martial applications. It is most often practiced among the internal Chinese Styles such as Tai Chi Chuan.
