I saw salt candles at a local store and was curious if they actually offer any benefits beyond looking cool. Some people say they help purify the air, while others say they just give off a soft, relaxing glow.
Has anyone here used Himalayan salt candles? Do they really help with allergies or respiratory issues, or are they mostly decorative? Thinking of getting a few for my bedroom, so I’d love to hear real experiences!
