Tai Chi vs. Tai Ji

Tai Chi Chuan is the western way of mentioning Chinese Taiji Quan. Taiji Quan is the correct spelling and pronunciation according to Chinese Pingying System.  Quan(Chuan) means boxing. Taiji(Tai Chi) means Ying-Yang change. We often say Taiji or Tai Chi instead of  Taiji Quan or Tai Chi Chuan.
