Taiji quan is the most amazing healing art as well as the most popular martial art in China. It represents and manifests the essence of chinese five-thousand-year of wisdom in medicine, Philosophy and art of war.

It emphasizes mind and body in harmony, "PEACE IN MIND AND PEACE IN  BODY". By doing taiji, the practitioners achieve internal strong and external beauty.
 
Taiji movements focus on Dan Tian where the reproductive organ, small intestines and colon reside. By internally massaging Dan Tian, Practitioners achieve and maintain healthy level of energy, digestion and cleansing.
 
Another focus of Taiji practice is on the spine. There are specific techniques to help practitioners keep their spine in good shape from the neck to the tail bone. By opening Mingmen, the Gate to Life, to prevent or relieve the lower back pain.
