201-1 Dan Tian Breathing (Dan Tian Reverse Deep Breathing)
Six moves of inhaling and exhaling to complete one cycle.
- Inhale: breath in normally and raise hands to TanZhong,
- Exhale; breath out reversely and point thumbs to QiHai (Ocean of Qi)
- Inhale: middle fingers point to MingMen (open the Gate to Life)
- Exhale: squatting down, relax and adjust breathing
- Inhale: massage Dantian
- Exhale: LaoGong and YongQuan meet
- Option one: just do step 3 & 6
- Option two: just do step 1,2,3 & 6
201-2 Dan Tian Rotation
- Horizontal circulation: Qi-Hai and Ming-Men
- Vertical circulation: Hui-Yi, Ming-Men, Jia-Ji, Tan-Zhong, and Qi-Hai
- Diagonal circulation: Figure 8 movement
201-3 Dan Tian Utilization
Dan Tian Utilization is achieved by doing Dan Tian 24 Circling Movements ( 24 Yin-Yang symbol Circling). This drill is designed to co-operate internal Dan Tian movement with external arm movements.
Dan Tian 24 Circling Movements:
- Holding ball left side and open right side
- Right hand clockwise circling
- Right hand clockwise plus small circling
- Right hand counter-clockwise circling
- Right hand counter-clockwise plus small circling
- Holding ball right side and open left side
- Left hand counter-clockwise circling
- Left hand counter-clockwise circling plus small circling
- Left hand clockwise circling
- Left hand clockwise plus small circling
- Double hands cross circling
- Figure eight circling
- Holding ball both sides
- Double hands clockwise circling
- Double hands counter-clockwise circling
- Open right close left
- Open left close right
- Left side double hands clockwise circling
- Left side double hands counter-clockwise circling
- Right side double hands counter-clockwise circling
- Right side double hands clockwise circling
- Front index finger circling

201-4 Thirteen-Movemetn Routine
Chen Style Taiiji is the oldest and the original from which all other styles derived and developed. It focuses more on Dantian and has more circling and coiling movements compared to Yang Style Taiji.

Note:
The first four movements have been taught in Program 101. The next nine movements are listed below with their small drills and applications.
5. Ground Dragon
- Small drill: circle and open the bow with low posture
- Applications: strike groin, knee bump, throw
6. Stand on one leg
- Small drill: left and right up and down
- Application: elbow & knee
7. Three steps backward
- Small drill: chop down vertical circle
- Applications: cai-lie, pull & throw, elbow
8. White Crane spreads wings
- Refer to “Lazily tying coat” in program 101.
9. Oblique walk & Single whip
- Small drill: left and right hand circle
- Applications: chop the neck, lock joint, back throw, lie
10. Closing
- Small drill: forward and reverse silk reel
- Application: twist push, twist pull
11. Three steps forward
- Application: chop mountain
12. Hidden punch
- Small drill: open close punch both sides
- Application: punch
13. Warrior pounds mortar
- Small drill: open close circle
- Application: liao yin, block or elbow
- Refer to the first same name movement.
